Fiat expands dealership network

New Delhi, Nov 19: Fiat India Pvt Ltd has widened its dealer network across various locations in the country by adding 13 new joint dealers through its distributors Tata Motors Ltd.

Apart from its existing 28 joint Tata-Fiat dealers that were announced earlier this year, this will bring Fiat's tally to 41 and 39 exclusive Fiat dealers nationally.

''This will bring us closer to our consumers and enable us to serve them better,'' said Fiat India Pvt Ltd Managing Director Giovanni De Filippis.

To improve customer confidence, Fiat India will primarily focus on bettering the availability of cars and quick, efficient after-sales service as per Fiat's international standards.

Fiat already has a 24-hour helpline for breakdown assistance with all the Tata-Fiat dealers.

All Fiat vehicles manufactured in the country will be marketed and serviced at these outlets.
