Fedders Lloyd to raise Rs 300cr for expansion

New Delhi, Nov 19 (UNI) Fedders Lloyd Corporation Ltd, a leading player in the commercial air-conditioner and refrigeration segment, will raise Rs 300 crore thorugh issue of securities in domestic as well as international market.

The members of the company have accorded authority to the board to issue and allot in domestic/international offerings any securities including GDRs, ADRs, FCCBs any convertible instrument or securities with a greenshoe option, The money raised will be used to fund acquisitions and future growth requirements of the company, a company statement said.
