Cops recover body of abducted engineer

Chitrakoot, Nov 19 (UNI) The Uttar Pradesh Police today recovered the body of an abducted engineer in Gorakhpur district.

Police said on November 11 last, Neeraj -- son of Rajkumar Agarwal was abducted while he was on way to his residence in Allahabad from Jasra. Later, the kidnappers demanded Rs 25 lakh as ransom.

According to Neeraj's relatives, they went to the scheduled place with the ranson money several times but no one was found there.

Meanwhile, autopsy report said that Neeraj was killed two days ago.
