Cong demands resignation of CM over land allotment
Bhilwara, Nov 19 (UNI) Former Chief Minister and senior Congress leader Shiv Charan Mathur has demanded the resignation of Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje and a CBI probe into the alleged irregularities in the allotment of land to RSS controlled Deen Dayal Trust.
Talking to newspersons here today he said, the court order asking for filing an FIR against the alleged land allotment and enquiry by a police officier to the rank of Circle Inspector or SHO against a trust patronised by the Chief Minister could be a mockery.
Mr Mathur, therefore, demanded that the enquiry should be conducted by the CBI and the Chief Minister step down voluntarily from the post.
