Yogesh Pradesi wins Swiss league title

New Delhi, Nov 18 (UNI) Yogesh Pradesi overcame M Natraj 17-13 to win the Swiss League title in the Rajiv Gandhi World Cup Carrom here today.

Yogesh dominated the board throughout while Natraj gave a tentative display.

Natraj picked up two points in the first board, while Yogesh cameback strongly in the second to collect 12 points and this big lead proved very crucial.Though in the next six boards Natraj tried hard to close the gap but failed as Yogesh maintained his lead to emerge winner.

In the men's doubles final, M Nataraj and Kubendra Babu blanked Malaysian pair of Christopher Walter and Mohd Yunus Bin Abu Akhtar 2-0 (25-0, 25-0).
