Woman burnt alive by neighbours in MP

Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh, Nov 18 (UNI) A woman was today burnt alive by her neighbours at Pandurang tahsil in Chhindwara district over a trifle argument, police said.

Meghnad ward-resident Shobha had lodged a police complaint today that she was beaten by some people over an argument related to a goat.

Later, the woman was brought with burn wounds this afternoon to police station, where she lodged a complain that five people put to flames.

She was sent to Nagpur for treatment, where she succumbed to her injuries.

A case has been registered and investigations were on.
