SP workers booked for destroying BSP office property

Pratapgarh, Nov 18: A case was registered against 24 Samajwadi Party workers for allegedly destroying the property of the Bahujan Samaj Party office here yesterday, police said today.

Police said the SP workers shouted slogans against the BSP and burnt in effigy party supremo Mayawati accusing her of being anti-Muslim.

Later, they stormed into the BSP office and destroyed property.

Policemen reached the spot and pacified the mob. A case was registered.
