Sitapur massacre: Bodies consigned to flame

Sitapur, Nov 18 (UNI) Under tight security, the bodies of the 15 people killed in a group clash were consigned to flames here today.

The clash occurred between the two Brahmin families, following a land dispute at Sharpur Jhunsi village under Thangaon police station area yesterday.

At least 15 people were killed after rival groups resorted to firing. Security has already been beefed up to avoid any fresh violence.
