Siliguri Film Festival to start tomorrow

Siliguri, Nov 18: West Bengal information and culture department and Siliguri Cine Society will jointly host the 7th Siliguri International Film Festival from tomorrow.

The festival would take place at Dinabandhu Manch (the town hall) from November 19 to 21.

Mr Animesh Basu, Secretary of Siliguri Cine Society, told UNI that 14 films from different countries would be shown in the festival.

He said the films were from Mexico, Chili, Poland, Venezuela, Brazil, Hungary, South Korea, Holland, Canada, Norway and Slovakia.

Mexican film director Ygnadrio Ortij and film director Genejuela would inaugurate the film festival.
