Heavy rains likely in Kerala, TN, Lakshadweep

Pune, Nov 18 (UNI) Heavy rains or thundershowers are likely to occur at most places in Kerala and at many places in Tamil Nadu and Lakshadweep.

Rain or snow are likely to occur at many places in Jammu and Kashmir and at a few places in Uttaranchal and Himachal Pradesh.

Rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at many places in coastal Karnataka and at a few places in Rayalseema, south interior Karnataka and Andaman and Nicobar Islands, and at isolated places in coastal Andhra Pradesh. Northeast monsoon has been vigorous in Tamil Nadu.

Night temperatures were below normal in some parts of Orissa.

They were appreciably to markedly above normal in Haryana, Punjab and in some parts of Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim, Uttar Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Telangana, Rayalseema and coastal Karnataka. They were above normal in some parts of Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Mizoram, Tripura, Manipur, Bihar, Konkan, Goa, coastal Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, south interior Karnataka and in remaining parts of Rajasthan. They were normal over the rest of the country.
