CBI produces pistol in Dubey murder case
Patna, Nov 17 (UNI) CBI today produced a country made pistol before the court, allegedly used for killing an Engineer cum Project manager of National Highway Authority of India(NHAI), Satyendra Kumar Dubey.
The pistol, produced before the additional district and sessions judge of Patna, Bajendra Kumar Srivastav, was identified by the CBI witness Ishwar Paswan.
The witness said the pistol was recovered from Katari hill of Gaya district after a disclosure statement made by the accused.
Mr Dubey was shot dead during an incident of loot near the circuit house of Gaya town on November 27,2003. The case was investigated by CBI in which trial was on against three accused.
