Pantaloon BoD approves $1 mln subsi in Hongkong

New Delhi, Nov 17 (UNI) Pantaloon Retail India Ltd today said its Board of Directors (BoD) has approved formation of a subsidiary company in Hongkong to source products from abroad at an investment of up to one million dollars.

The board has also approved the formation of another subsidiary for carrying on business in office supplies and approved investment up to Rs 17.50 crore in it.
