Mangat Ram Sharma's grandson denied bail in molestation case

Jammu, nov 17 (UNI) The Kathua district court of Jammu and Kashmir today rejected the bail application of Congress heavy weight and State Health and Education Minister Mangat Ram Sharma's grandson in connection with molesting a college girl.

The bail application was moved yesterday in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Kathua, Virender Singh Bhau.

The judge denied bail after hearing the case today.

Accused Nitin Sharma was arrested by Kathua police on wedensday under sections 292, 354, 504, 506, 366/511 of the IPC.

He allegedly abused and misbehaved with a girl student of Kathua college and later molested her on Tuesday evening.
