Haryana gov to hold additonal charge on Delhi in Joshi's absence

New Delhi, Nov 17 (UNI) Haryana Governor A R Kidwai will hold the additional charge as Administrator of the national capital in the absence of Delhi Lt Governor B L Joshi.

Mr Kidwai would hold the charge in addition to his present duties during the time Mr Joshi was on leave, an official statement said today.
