TN based Govindraja Textile signs MoU with AP Govt

Hyderabad, Nov 16 (UNI) Tamil Nadu based Govindraja Textile (P) Limited today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Andhra Pradesh government to set up a Textile Unit in Andhra Pradesh.

An official release here said Sri Govindraja Textiles Managing Director T R V Ramkumar and Industries and Commerce Department Secretary Y Srilakshmi signed the MoU in the presence of Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhar Reddy.

The new unit would bring in a minimum investment of Rs 150 crore and create jobs for 1500 people.

The state government would provide 50 acres of land at Pedda Rayapuram in Kadapa District, the release added.
