State-wide Jr Kabaddi tourney to be held on Nov 18

Kozhikode, Nov 16 (UNI) Teams from all the 14 districts in Kerala would participate in the 11th Kerala State Junior Kabaddi Championship, 2006 to be held on November 18 at V K Krishna Menon Indoor Stadium here.

Talking to reporters, Organising Committee President P V Naveendran said the Kerala State Sports Council President T P Dasan would inaugurate the two-day event.

The top players in the tournament will represent the state in the National Junior Boys and Girls Kabaddi Championship to be held at Sangli in Maharashtra next month, he added.
