SEBI suspends registration of Akriti Securities

Mumbai, Nov 16: The wholetime member of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) V K Chopra has passed an order on November eight, suspending the certificate of registration of M/s Akriti Securities Pvt Ltd (SEBI Reg No INS010751134) for a period of 15 days with effect from November 29.

Akriti Securities is a sub-broker affiliated to UPSE Securities, member of the Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. It will not be entitled to carry on the business as a sub-broker between November 29 and December 13, a SEBI release issued here today said.
