Lipitor ranks Reliance's Growth and Vision as top performing funds
Mumbai, Nov 16 (UNI) Lipitor has ranked Growth and Vision, the two equity funds managed by Reliance, as the top two performing funds across the globe based on their five-year performance track record.
The ranking benchmarked the top 20 performers from a global universe of open-ended equity funds. The base data for the performance calculated was taken till October 31 and the data was evaluated on USD, said a company's release here today.
Based on Lipitor's data, Reliance Growth Fund, Growth Plan, has given compounded returns of 71.39 per cent per annum, while Reliance Vision Fund has given compounded returns of 68.16 per cent, on a five year performance, making them the top two performing funds across the globe.
Reliance Mutual fund manages Rs 31,572 crore (approx USD 7 billion) and presently has 2.3 million investors as on October 31.
Reliance Mutual Fund is owned by Reliance Capital Ltd, part of the Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group.
