Girl crushed to death

Vijayawada, Nov 16 (UNI) A girl-student, studying Intermediate second year in a private college was killed when she was run over by a lorry here today.

Police said the 17-year-old-girl, Rahat Unnisa, was going to college on her bicycle when the mishap occurred.

She was rushed to the Government General Hospital. But she died while undergoing treatment.

Police have registered a case and investigation was under way, police added.
