Arms seized in Golaghat district of Asom

Guwahati, Nov 16 (UNI) Bokakhat police today seized a cache of arms and ammunition from line number 18 of the Latabari tea garden of Golaghat district.

Police said the cache contained a Swiss-made gas gun, an American .22 carbine and 61 rounds of bullet. Other explosives were also found in the cache.

Details of persons arrested are awaited.
