Testimony of Bharti Yadav deferred till Monday

New Delhi, Nov 15 (UNI) Additional Sessions Judge Ravinder Kaur has deferred till Monday a decision on the modalities for the testimony of key witness Bharti Yadav in the Nitish Katara case.

The court will decide on November 20 whether the testimony of Bharti Yadav will be conducted in camera. The decision to allow the media to attend the testimony will be taken on the same day.

The testimony will begin on November 25, in day-to-day hearing.
