Student arrested for bomb threat

Tuticorin, Nov 15 (UNI) The police yesterday arrested a school boy Manikandan studying eighth standard who allegedly issued a bomb threat over phone to a school on Oct 31.

According to police sources, the 13-year-old boy made a call to the school by cell phone and threatened that a bomb was planted on the premises. After detailed interrogation he revealed that he made the call to avoid classes on that particular day, sources added.
