RS Software to increase equity base

Kolkata, Nov 15 (UNI) R S Software is poised to increase its equity base as well as staff strength very soon.

Announcing this, CEO and Managing Director Raj Jain today said the company would increase the number of employees to 700 from the present 400 with setting up of its new facility at Salt Lake.

Mr Jain said the company was expecting its equity base to grow to Rs. 7.5 crore from the present Rs. five crore at the end of the ongoing Rights issue.

R S Software was also expecting a 15 per cent rise in its net profit at Rs 8.7 crore and the turnover to grow at Rs 108 crore this year. The company has targeted a turnover of Rs 140 crore in 2006-07.
