Nanaji Deshmukh to undergo heart surgery

New Delhi, Nov 15 (UNI) Senior RSS leader nonagenarian Nanaji Deshmukh, who was hospitalised here yesterday, will undergo heart surgery tomorrow, doctors said.

Mr Deshmukh (91) was brought to the Escorts Hospital from Chitrakoot in Madhya Pradesh.

Leader of the Opposition and senior BJP leader L K Advani and Former Prime Minister V P Singh called on him at the Hospital.

Former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee spoke to Mr Deshmukh over telephone and inquired about his health.
