JK governor welcomes resumption of Indo-Pak talks

Jammu, Nov 15 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Governor Lieutenant General (Retd) S K Sinha today welcomed the resumption of Indo-Pak dialogue but regretted the fact that whenever the talks seems to be making some progress terrorists' strikes vitiate the atmosphere.

Interacting with Mr Sebastian Edathy, Member of German Bundestag (Parliament) and Mr York Schueqraf, political counselor of German Embassy in India, here, the Governor said yesterday's violent incident in Kashmir appear to have been timed to coincide with Foreign Secretary level talks in New Delhi.
