Jashanpreet to lead Chandigarh u-19 team

Chandigarh, Nov 15 (UNI) Jashan Preet Singh of New Public School, Sector 18 will lead Chandigarh under-19 team in the Junior National Football Championship which begins at Malerkotla on November 16, according to Chandigarh Football Association secretary Rakesh Bakshi. Chandigarh play their first match on November 16.

The team: Harbir Singh, Manpreet Singh, Sukhdeep Singh, Jashanpreet Singh, Sukhman Singh, Vikram Singh, Gurpal Singh, Ganeshwar, Majid Hussain, Ajay, Alam Singh, Jasmeet Singh, Vijay Bhatt, Mohak, Sapinder Singh, Jagatjit Singh, Ashitosh, Sahil and Gurpartap.

R K Sharma and Narinder Thapa of Sports Authority of India will accompany the team as manager and coach, respectively.
