Gulbarga observers total bandh

Gulbarga, Nov 15: Gulbarga town today observed a peaceful and total bandh.

All Commercial establishments and educational institutions remained closed following the bandh call given by the Scheduled Tribes and Scheduled Castes Horata Samithi demanding the government to fill in the backlog posts.

No untoward incident was reproted so far, Police said.
