Everest Public School, Ludhiana, storm into Super League

Bangalore, Nov 15 (UNI) Everest Public School, Ludhiana (Group A), and Mallya Aditi International School, Bangalore (Group B), secured their berths in the Super League of First National School League Basketball Championship played at the Sree Kanteerava Indoor Stadium here today.

Everest boys made a quick surge in the last two quarters to defeat Don Basco of Mumbai 78-56 after leading 40-33 at half time.

Mallya Aditi lads trounced Hyderabad Public School 66-38 after leading comfortably at 33-19 after the first two quarters.

In the other matches, Delhi Public School, New Delhi (Group 'B') beat Don Basco, Kolkata 50-32 (half time 21-27), while St Empherem School, Kottayam, registered its first victory defeating St Pauls School, Salem 81-60 (40-32).
