DoNER initiates training for grade 4 employees
Aizawl, Nov 15 (UNI) The Ministry of Development of Northeast Region (DoNER) for the first time has initiated a Rs 1.5 crore project to upgrade the standards of lower grade government employees in North Eastern states.
Official sources here today said the DoNER ministry had already launched the project in Asom.
Mizoram, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland and Manipur would be followed by implementing the customised module prepared by Asom Administrative Staff College to suit local needs, sources added.
DoNER would improve the government's delivery mechanism in the region by imparting training to the lower grade employees upon good governance, office procedures, and multi-tasking abilities.
