Cows meant for abattoirs rescued

Davangere, Nov 15 (UNI) Davangere police arrested three persons and rescued 15 cows when they were smuggling the cattle from Kadelebalu village to slaughter houses here today.

Superintendent of Police Sonia Narang said the arrested were later remanded to judicial custody.
