BJP declares candidate for Pandhan assembly by-election

Bhopal, Nov 15 (UNI) The BJP today declared Devandra Verma as its candidate for the by-election to Pandhana assembly constituency in Madhya Pradesh.

BJP media incharge Brijesh Lunawat said the decision was taken at a meeting chaired by BJP President Rajnath Singh in New Delhi.

''Mr Verma will file his nomination from the BJP on November 17 for the by-election to Pandhana assembly seat,'' he said.

Mr Verma is the son of late BJP MLA Kishorilal Verma, whose death necessitated the by-poll.
