APCC refutes TDP's allegation
Hyderabad, Nov 15 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Congress Committe (APCC) today refuted the oppositon leader and President of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) N Chandrababu Naidu's allegation that the State Government was harrassing the opposition party workers in the state.
In a statement, party official spokesperson N Tulasi Reddy claimed that the TDP only harassed the Congress workers during its nine year rule in the state.
He said during this period in 944 murders in the state, 433 congress workers were killed, followed by 410 TDP workers and 101 others.
He said the Congress party would honour the verdict of the High Court acquitting former Minister P Rama Subba Reddy in the Sensational Shadnagar double murder case.
