Two killed in bus-tempo collision

Anand (Gujarat), Nov 14 (UNI) At least two passengers were killed on the spot and another injured when their ill-fated tempo collided head-on with a private luxury bus on the Bagodara-Vasad highway near Vataman Chokdi, in Anand during the wee hours today.

According to preliminary reports, the incident took place around 0300 hours.

The luxury bus, which belonged to a Rajkot-based travel agency, Vivek Travels, was on it's way to Vadodara, police said and identified the injured driver of the tempo as one Mr Mahesh Liladhar Vadher.

Further investigations are in progress, they added.
