Two killed, eight others injured in bus mishap at Nanded

Nanded, Nov 14 (UNI) At least two persons were killed and eight others injured when a private tourist bus, travelling from Nanded to Bhokar, caught fire after it collided with a roadside tree near Khairgaon-Pati, about 15 kms away from here, late this evening.

The mini tourist bus collided with a roadside tree after the driver allegedly lost control over the vehicle, Superintendent of Police Fattesinha Patil said.

Mr Patil said that the eight injured have been shifted to the Government Hospital at Nanded.

The police have recovered two burnt bodies from the ill-fated vehicle. However, the victims are yet to be identified, Patil added.
