NSF sets deadline for govt to hold CBI probe

Kohima Nov 14 (UNI) The Naga Students' Federation (NSF) has set deadline of November 25 for the state government to hold a CBI probe into the alleged Nagaland Public Service Commission (NPSC) scam.

NSF vice-president Imchatoba Imchen and assistant general secretary Daniel Tep in a release here today said the government had failed to fulfil their demands.

They said the NSF was not convinced by the government's statement to discuss the matter in the Cabinet meeting at the eariest.

The NSF in a meeting here yesterday decided to give the government a deadline for a CBI probe failing which they would go for a mass agitation.

It had urged all the Naga students to extend their cooperation and be prepared for one more 'war against social evils'.
