Dr Reddy's Files F-3 Registration Statement with the US-SEC

Mumbai, Nov 14 (UNI) Dr Reddys Laboratories has filed a shelf registration statement on Form F-3 with the U S Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed offering of American Depositary Shares(ADS) of upto 13.5 million shares, excluding the underwriter's over-allotment option.

Informing the BSE, the company said the Form F-3 filed on November 13, 2006, does not contain any information regarding the terms and conditions of the proposed ADS offering.

Also, the Company will file a Prospectus Supplement in due course in this context.
