Dr Reddy files F-3 registration statement in US

New Delhi, Nov 14: Dr Reddys Laboratories today announced it has filed a shelf registration statement on Form F-3 with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

The registration relates to a proposed offering of American Depositary Shares (ADSs) of upto 13.5 million shares, excluding the underwriter's over-allotment option.

The Form F-3 does not contain any information regarding the terms and conditions of the proposed ADS offering, the company said in statement adding that it will file a prospectus supplement in due course.

Dr Reddy's Laboratories Ltd specialises in the research and drug discovery, manufacturing and marketing API, finished dosages and biologics in over 100 countries worldwide in addition it have a Drug Discovery Pipeline.
