6 of family killed in road accident

Moradabad, Nov 14 (UNI) Six persons of a family, including three children, were killed and two others injured when a car collided with a tractor-trolley in the neighbouring Jyotibaphule Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh in the wee hours today.

According to police, the car -- en route to Badaun district from Santnagar, Delhi -- met with the mishap around 0150 hrs on Hasanpur-Sambhal road near a cooperative sugarmill.

The impact of collision was so strong that the car was dismangled.

The deceased were identified as Rajvir's wife Sangeeta, sister Rekha, daughter Nidhi (2), Khushi (2), Mohit (8) and another person.

Rajvir and his minor son Rohit were grievously injured and were recuperating in hospital.

A case had been registered in this regard.
