Zeliangrong Baudi urges the outfits to stop violence
Kohima, Nov 13 (UNI) The Zeliangrong Baudi (Hoho), the apex body of all Zeliangrong tribes of Nagaland, has appealed to the underground factions to stop fratricides.
It also said freedom of Nagas, for which they were fighting, should never be wrought by truth, forbearance and love.
In a release here today the apex body's information and publicity joint secretary Gwangphun Gangmei called upon the 'national workers' (undergrounds) to sort out a common solution acceptable to both the underground groups and public.
Over the frequent inter-factional clashes in Athibung and Saijang under Paren district, the Baudi said, '' such clashes would darken the vision of Naga freedom.'' Extending an offer to both the NSCN factions for a 'free talk', the Baudi said it would not allow things to continue unguarded or un-intervened.
