Tectura to take over Euroinfo Systems

New Delhi, Nov 13: Aiming to deliver Microsoft solutions globally, Tectura has said it has entered into a definitive agreement with Euroinfo Systems (EIS), India's leading Microsoft Dynamics partner to acquire all its assets.

''Expanded Microsoft integration services, along with offshoring and outsourcing are emerging as high-growth opportunities based upon strong client demand,'' Tectura CEO Terry Petrzelka said.

The acquisition will add to company's portfolio of solution offerings that will help organisations achieve business process improvement, greater efficiency, and increased competitive edge, Mr Petrzelka added.

After acquisition, the combined team of 200-plus team members will be focused on delivering Microsoft dynamics and offshore development services out of three solution centers in Noida, Bangalore and Mumbai.

''Given Microsoft Dynamics' strong growth expectations for the Indian market, we believe that Tectura can considerably extend the market for Microsoft solutions through its acquisition of EIS,'' Microsoft Dynamics Microsoft Asia Pacific General Manager Ruth Connolly said.

The acquisition is expected to be completed by fiscal year ending December 31, 2006, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.

EIS was founded in 1997 as a software development centre and in 2005 became Microsoft India's first Gold Certified Partner.
