TDP elated over acquital for party leader

Hyderabad, Nov 13 (UNI) The Telugu Desam Party(TDP) today expressed happiness over the High Court verdict acquitting former minister Ramasubba Reddy and seven others who were convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment in the murder of a Congress leader at Shadnagar in Mahaboob Nagar district in 1990.

''Justice has been done to the TDP leader at last'', TDP Legislature Party Deputy Leader T Devender Goud told newspersons, reacting to a division bench of the court reversing the order of the Metropolitan sessions Judge here on December 22, 2004.
