Suspected militant Dar denied bail

New Delhi, Nov 13 (UNI) A city court today rejected the bail application of a militant, accused of helping terrorists with money and materrials.

Tariq Ahmad Dar has been in judicial custody since deportation from Bangladesh. His arrest was followed by interrogation of Md Isha and Asaf held from New Delhi Railway station. The police had also recovered one kg RDX from their possession.

Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Seema Maini rejected the petition.
