School manager arrested after molestation complaint

Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, Nov 13 (UNI) Police today arrested the manager of a girls' school here following protests in the wake of a student's complaint that she had been molested.

The incident took place in the noon when a std XII student of Sri Krishna Inter College, situated on the NH-24, came out crying from Incha Ram Yadav's (manager) room after being called by him, according to sources.

Soon after she told her classmates about the ''misbehaviour'' of the manager, they informed her parents who along with scores of supporters protested on the school premies.

The situation turned worse after Yadav was not found on the school premises and the mob went on the rampage, destroying school property and damaging manager's car.

However, the situation came under control after the police informed the mob that the manager had been arrested.
