RBI notifies about purchases in Crew B.O.S.Products Ltd

Mumbai, Nov 13 (UNI) The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) today has notified that no further purchases of equity shares of Crew B.O.S.

Products Ltd should be made on behalf of Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) through primary and secondary markets in India without obtaining prior permission of the RBI.

The RBI, in a release stated that Crew B.O.S. Products Ltd has reached the limit of 22 per cent of its paid up capital.
