Painting competiton on energy consevation

Hyderabad, Nov 13 (UNI) The National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) will organise a state level painting competition on energy conservation here on November 14.

An official release today said the competition was being organised as part of the national campaign on energy conservation, in cooperation with Bureau of energy efficiency and other CPSUs under Ministry of Power.

The topics for the competion are 'Save Electricity, Save Money' and 'Use But Don't Mis-use Electricity', the release added.

The first and second prize winners of the competition would represent Andhra Pradesh in the National level painting competition on December 12 at New Delhi.

The competition was aimed to motivate children towards energy conservation and offer them a chance to explore their creativity, the release said.
