Murli Agro to set up cement plant in Maharashtra

New Delhi, Nov 13 (UNI) Nagpur-based manufacturer of paper and solvent extraction, Murli Agro Products Ltd today said that it is in advanced stage of execution of a greenfield cement plant in Maharashtra, with a capacity of 2.14 metric toonnes per annum.

The company has already finalised purchase orders for main plant and equipments besides other auxiliary equipments, which are likely to be completed by the end of December 2006.

The acquisition of land 847 hectares from MIDC for Mines and the plant will also be completed by the end of December 2006.

The civil construction work is likely to be started as soon as the land acquisition work is over.

The company has finalised civil consultant Sri Ratna Consultants, Hyderabad, for building and structural designs and the drawings are ready for execution.
