Miner killed in another Singareni accident

Karim Nagar, Andhra Pradesh, Nov 13 (UNI) A coal miner was killed and another injured when a wall collapsed on them at a second mine in Singareni colleries near Ramagundam here today.

Police said miner S Krishnamurthy, was killed and another miner Ravinder was seriously injured when they were trying to demolish the wall to set up ventilation in the second coal mine.

The injured was shifted to Singareni hospital. His condition was stated to be stable.

The accident comes close to the roof collapse accident in another mine in which four miners were killed.
