Dr Reddy Laboratories files registration statement with USA

Hyderabad, Nov 13 (UNI) Dr Reddy's Laboratories Ltd today announced that the Company has filed a shelf registration statement on Form F-3 with the U S Securities and Exchange Commission.

It was relating to a proposed offering of American Depositary Shares(ADS) up to 13.5 million shares, excluding the underwriter's over-allotment option.

The filed Form F-3 does not contain any information regarding the terms and conditions of the proposed ADS offering. The Company will file a Prospectus Supplement in due course, a press release said here.
