Bangalore, Nov 13 (UNI) Following is a summary of observations recorded by the Weather Office here at 0830hrs today.

Dry weather prevailed over the State.

Minimum temperatures changed little over the State. They were appreciably below normal at a few places over North Interior Karnataka, below normal at a few places over South Interior Karnataka and normal over Coastal Karnataka.

Belgaum AP recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 14.2 deg.

Celsius over the State.

Forecast valid until Wednesday morning: Mainly dry weather may prevail over the State.

Farmers Weather Bulletin: Mainly dry weather may prevail over all the districts of the State.

Local forecast: Partly cloudy. Minimum temperature would be around 18 deg. Celsius.
