AMU student commits suicide

Aligarh, Nov 13 (UNI) A BSc student of the Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) was found dead in his hostel room here this afternoon.

Police said when Mohd Ganim Khan (22) did not come out of his room, the doors were broken open and he was found hanging from a fan.

Ganim was rushed to hospital, where he was declared 'brought' dead. Meanwhile, his relatives have been informed.

The reason behind the crime, however, is not clear.

Investigations were on.
